Christopher A. Englert, MD, is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist in practice for more than 25 years. He provides comprehensive primary gynecologic and obstetrical care, as well as medical and surgical treatment for a wide range of abnormalities and conditions of the female reproductive system.
Dr. Englert is chief of Holy Name's department of obstetrics and gynecology, and has been an attending physician on the Medical Center's staff since 2009.
After graduating from Oberlin College with a bachelor of science in biology, he attended University of Cincinnati Medical School, where he was awarded the Mayfield Surgical Fellowship and subsequently earned his doctorate in medicine. Dr. Englert completed his internship in obstetrics and gynecology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, and his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he was chief resident for obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Englert is recognized as a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly Ltd., and is a recipient of the Patients' Choice Award.
